Toby Boyce spent 15 years as a professional writer before making the switch to real estate in June 2006.

During his career as a professional writer, his work appeared in promotional material for Ohio Wesleyan University, Heidelberg College, Mt. Union College, the Delaware Cows, and the Newark Bison.

In June 2006, Tob made the decision to enter the real estate arena and the move has paid off. He was named the Delaware County Board of REALTORS Rookie of the Year in 2007 and is building his business based on old-fashioned hard work, a committment to technology, and transparent real estate transactions for his customers.
